Health Waiver

By signing this form I am declaring that I am in good physical health and will be able to take part in the proposed strenuous activity (Road cycling or Gravel cycling on various terrain). I accept full responsibility for my own safety whilst cycling with Mallorca Cycling Holidays.

I am also declaring that my bicycle is in a safe and in rideable condition, that I understand this type of trip will be on public roads (or if participating in a gravel trip the surface will be not paved) and that I will obey the instructions of the ride leader and adhere to the rules of the road (specific to the country) at all times.

Mallorca Cycling Holidays will accept NO liability for any injury incurred during the above dates.
