After a successful and extensive career in the health and fitness industry, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a deep passion for cycling to MCH. His journey with cycling on the beautiful island of Mallorca began in 2005 when he first discovered its stunning roads and climbs. What started as a simple visit quickly grew into a lifelong love affair with the island. Adam became a regular presence in Mallorca, consistently riding its world-renowned routes and conquering some of its most challenging climbs.
In 2016, Adam founded Mallorca Cycling Holidays, combining his expertise in fitness with his love for cycling to create a company that offers unforgettable experiences for cycling enthusiasts from around the world. Since its inception, Mallorca Cycling Holidays has grown steadily year after year, establishing itself as a premier destination for cycling holidays in one of the world’s most beautiful and cycling-friendly locations.
In addition to his expertise in cycling, Adam is also a seasoned competitor. In 2018, he became the winner of the Mallorca 167 Granfondo, further solidifying his status as a skilled and passionate cyclist. His accomplishments and dedication to cycling are a testament to his commitment to the sport and to Mallorca itself. Adam’s passion for cycling and for Mallorca is evident in every aspect of the experience he offers. Joining the team in 2021, Klaudia brings a wealth of skills and expertise to her role as Operations Manager at Mallorca Cycling Holidays (MCH). With a Master’s degree in Engineering, Klaudia possesses a sharp, analytical mind and a keen attention to detail, which she applies to every aspect of her work. Her ability to manage complex operations and ensure everything runs smoothly makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Klaudia’s passion for providing exceptional customer service is evident in everything she does. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest, ensuring that each customer’s first impression is nothing short of outstanding. From the moment they arrive at the club house, Klaudia’s meticulous planning and organizational skills ensure everything is in place for an unforgettable cycling holiday.
In addition to her operational expertise, Klaudia is also our Head Barista, combining her love for coffee with her role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the clubhouse. Her passion for coffee ensures that guests enjoy the best coffee experience, whether they’re starting their ride with a freshly brewed espresso or winding down after a long day of cycling with a perfect cup of coffee. Klaudia’s attention to detail and commitment to quality make her a true asset to our team.
